Adam Thomas surprised by wife and children in emotional moment after five-day Dubai trip without them

Caroline Thomas has shared the adorable moment she surprised her husband Adam Thomas alongside their children after he enjoyed a five-day trip without them.

The Waterloo Road star had been seen soaking up the sun with his twin brother Scott and older brother Ryan Thomas, fresh from winning Dancing on Ice earlier this month. Adam and Scott appeared to join their former Coronation Street star sibling after he jetted out to Dubai where he met a group of pals.

Caroline has now revealed Adam was enjoying a stag do in the UAE and while she joked she hadn't missed him, she and their young children Teddy and Elsie were there to meet him when he jetted back home before heading straight back to work portraying Donte Charles in BBC school drama Waterloo Road.

The dance and theatre school owner shared a sweet video to Instagram which showed Teddy and Elsie barely able to contain their excitement as they waited for their dad at arrivals. Elsie held onto a hand-drawn sign which read 'Daddy' ready for when Manchester-born touched down back on home turf.

The clip, set to Megan McKenna track 'This', then showed the youngsters running towards Adam, 35, as he made his way through the doors before he was later seen cuddling their pet pooch, Bella.
