Crystal Palace want a cash deal for Wilfried Zaha if they are to sell him this summer, according to transfer insider Dean Jones.

Chelsea are said to have some interest in the winger, while Palace are also thought to be keen on a couple of their players. However, Jones says the south London club want their full valuation to be met, which could be up to £30m.
