Cristiano Ronaldo's partner shares beautiful pictures of their baby girl and adorable name

Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez have announced the name of their adorable newborn girl, Bella Esmeralda, after beautiful pictures of the latest addition to the family were shared on social media.

The entire football community reached out to Manchester United superstar Ronaldo and his heartbroken family in April when they announced the tragic death of their newborn son. Georgina gave birth to twins on Monday, April 18 as their daughter arrived safely.

Ronaldo was granted compassionate leave at the time of their tragic loss and, during that game against Liverpool, there were emotional scenes as fans put rivalries were put to one side to applause in unison in the seventh minute. That was replicated in the following days at Arsenal and people from far and wide also paid their respects to Ronaldo and his family after their devastating news.

United themselves led condolences at the time as other notable figures and teammates reached out.

Amid tragedy, there is a fresh ray of sunlight for Ronaldo, his family and the world and Georgina has now, proudly, introduced Bella Esmeralda through her Instagram profile. Posting several adorable images, mum Georgina added a simple caption revealing her daughter's name and capped it off with a green love heart emoji.

Bella Esmeralda was busy sleeping in most of the pictures shared. However, she was able to display a cute smile for her mum Georgina on camera duties. Naturally, the post has received plenty of love from the footballing community and beyond - with over 2million likes already as famous dad Ronaldo prepares to take on Brighton.
