Cristiano Ronaldo: Richard Keys tells Man Utd star to 'leave now' and 'sign for Bournemouth'

Cristiano Ronaldo was slammed by Richard keys during a savage rant as the former Sky Sports anchor exclaimed he should leave Manchester United now and sign for Bournemouth. 

Ronaldo returned to United in the summer transfer window to the delight of fans, but after a bright start, his form has faltered recently. 

Fans of the Red Devils had hoped that the signing of the Portuguese star would help them push for the Premier League title after finishing second in the 2020/21 campaign.

But with nearly two-thirds of the current campaign completed, United are now in a battle for a top-four spot and 23 points behind league leaders Manchester City. 

Ronaldo has managed 14 goals in all competitions but is now enduring his worst goal drought since 2009 after failing to find the back of the net in his last six outings. 

There have been plenty of rumours of discontent within the United camp and many of them have revolved around the forward. 

Ralf Rangnick hasn’t been afraid to leave the sulking star out of his starting XI or substitute him off, but the decisions haven’t gone down well with the 37-year-old. He has appeared frustrated on several occasions and has stormed off the pitch more than once this season. 

The 37-year-old is already being linked with a move away from Old Trafford in the summer, despite signing a two-year deal with the club. 

Plenty of pundits have had their say on the situation surrounding the Portuguese and his club, and the latest to do so was beIN Sports presenter Keys. 

Keys went on a savage rant in which he told his co-host the United star should leave now rather than the summer.
