Craig Doyle confirms 'last' This Morning as he's set to be replaced

Craig Doyle has confirmed that his latest stint on This Morning is at an end as he's set to be replaced. The Irish broadcaster has been delighting viewers for the last couple of weeks as he returned to the helm of the ITV daytime show alongside Josie Gibson.

Following Holly Willoughby heading off on her annual, long break, Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary kicked off the several weeks of summer shows last month. And after This Morning's usual Friday hosts spent two weeks fronting the show, it was time for Josie and Craig to take the reins.

And fans have been loving them at the helm, often flooding their social media posts with pleas for them to stay. For example, on Wednesday (August 9), Josie posted a stunning selfie to Instagram taken behind the scenes at This Morning and while she was inundated with compliments, there were also plenty of mentions of Craig.

But, for now, Josie and Craig's partnership is coming to an end. Kicking off Thursday's show (August 10), Craig confirmed it was his last day. He said: "Hello everyone,
