Continental Europe hold steady to convert overnight lead into Hero Cup triumph

Continental Europe converted a two-stroke overnight lead into a comfortable 14.5 to 10.5 victory as they claimed the Hero Cup against Great Britain and Ireland in Abu Dhabi.

But GB&I didn't convert in matches that were close at the turn as Ewen Ferguson, Jordan Smith and Callum Shinkwin lost to Sepp Straka, Victor Perez and Adrian Meronk respectively.
