Coldplay fans can still snap up £90 tickets for sold out world tour

Fans of live music across the UK and Ireland have been well fed this summer. Dublin has already feasted on three colossal performances by the pop phenomenon that is Taylor Swift.

And now the Irish capital is in for yet another treat. Coldplay set to cap off the end of gig season with four massive shows next month.

The band, who are just coming off the back of headlining the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury, are set to play four consecutive nights at Croke Park in August. The performances are part of the English quintet's Music of the Spheres world tour, which began all the way back in May 2022.

The shows will take place from August 30 to September at GAA HQ, which has a total capacity of over 83,000 people. Tickets for the gigs were in high demand and sold out within minutes of going live last year, as Dublin Live reports.

But all hope isn't lost, though.

Lucky, there is still a chance to secure tickets to the gigs through resales. At the time of writing we could only find two Platinum tickets for Monday, September 2 on Ticketmaster for resale at £321.58 (€273.64) each. Those seats are Lower block 308. The seating plan for the gig is below.

However if those tickets are out of your price range, there are a number of other options for fans to catch Coldplay this summer. And there isn't too far to travel with tickets available on Viagogo for a number of easily accessible European cities.
