Cody Rhodes' emotional promo after Hell in a Cell went off air after working with torn pec

Cody Rhodes beat Seth Rollins in their third consecutive pay-per-view match during the main event of WWE Hell in a Cell.

The match was emotional for quite a few reasons, the first of which being it was Cody’s first ever singles main event in WWE.

The second reason is that, despite wrestling a gruelling match, Cody actually walked into the Allstate Arena with a torn pectoral muscle, as WWE announced at the top of the show.

Fans in the arena were shocked into silence when Cody took off his jacket at the beginning of the match, revealing a truly sickening bruise that came about from the injury.
