Chris Jericho makes WWE reference on Dynamite

Chris Jericho is continuing to gain more and more attention in the wrestling world after his huge heel turn a few weeks ago.

Jericho has been dropping little jibes towards WWE in a few of his latest promos and seems like he isn’t slowing down as he made another major WWE reference on last night’s AEW Dynamite.

During a promo alongside the newly former Jericho Appreciation Society, Chris Jericho mentioned that he and Daniel Garcia were going to “future endeavour” Dark Order’s John Silver and Alex Reynolds.

“Future Endeavour” is a clear shot and reference towards the recent mass amounts of releases of talent from the WWE.

However, in this new character that Jericho is demonstrating through his current heel run is that he and the co-members of the Jericho Appreciation Society are looking to take out professional wrestlers because they disrespect the “sports entertainers”.

Sports entertainment is obviously a common phrase known in the wrestling world as WWE owner Vince Mcmahon would describe the talent on the roster as “sports entertainers” and not professional wrestlers as he felt it didn’t describe the WWE talent correctly.

Jericho and Garcia have kickstarted the JSA’s momentum after defeating Silver and Reynolds last night, and it looks like they don’t plan on slowing down anytime soon in their quest to wipe out professional wrestlers and embarking on a new era for AEW, the era of sports entertainers.

You can watch AEW internationally on FITE TV.
