Chelsea are tracking £30million PSV midfielder Ibrahim Sangare.
The Blues are planning a huge summer overhaul with Thomas Tuchel ready to rip up his underachieving FA Cup finalists.
Sangare, 24, has been impressive for his Dutch club domestically and in Europe this season.
Despite their exit at the hands of Brendan Rodgers’ Leicester side, Sangare has stood out to such an extent he has been tipped as a potential target for new Manchester United boss Erik Ten Hag and Spurs boss Antonio Conte.
Standing at 6ft 3in, Sangare made his name as a teenager with French club Toulouse, impressing with his composure on the ball and with his ball-winning skills.
He developed further after moving to PSV in September 2020, with his consistency and his passing range, particularly under pressure. Sangare is one of a number of defensive midfielders under consideration by Tuchel with Chelsea unwilling to meet the £150million valuation of West Ham ’s Declan Rice.
