Chelsea are ready to step up their chase for Manchester City forward Raheem Sterling should Romelu Lukaku secure his return to Inter Milan this summer.

The Belgium international has been widely linked with a return to the Italian outfit, who he helped fire to the Serie A title a little over a year ago. And the Blues have now formulated their plan to secure Sterling as his replacement at Stamford Bridge.

It comes as Chelsea have suffered a huge blow to their hopes of signing Barcelona winger Ousmane Dembele after he responded to fans while on holiday.
