Chelsea fans' chants vs Plymouth show exactly how they feel about Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner

The cries from the fans during Chelsea's FA Cup win over Plymouth Argyle confirmed two things: Timo Werner is an untouchable treasure to many Blues supporters and Romelu Lukaku is still in the bad books.

Thomas Tuchel's side were far from their best as they edged past the League One outfit in extra-time and the absence of Lukaku's name on the scoresheet just made an underwhelming performance even worse.

Strikers struggling in front of goal is nothing new to the Stamford Bridge faithful.

The curse of the Chelsea number nine looks set to strike once again and the fans were keen to let the Belgian know that his off-field mishap in the shape of an interview with Sky Italia is yet to be forgotten.

Werner's name bellowed around Stamford Bridge whenever Lukaku lost the ball or failed to hit the target. It was brutal. The chants became even louder in the second half as the fans begged Tuchel to introduce Werner in place of Lukaku.
