Chaotic scenes at supermarkets in Wales as Christmas food shoppers queue at tills

There are busy scenes at supermarkets in Wales today, as people turn up en masse to do their final festive food runs. With only three days remaining before the big day, people are cramming in their last minute grocery shopping.

People have reported long queues on the roads near Culverhouse Cross in Cardiff, where it was reported there was 17 minutes of delays in the area as people were heading to the area's retail park.

Meanwhile, shoppers have been busy getting their Christmas goods at the Tesco Extra in Llansamlet in Swansea.
