Champions Cup round two team of the week: Ulster lead the way

It was another mixed weekend for the Irish sides in Investec Champions Cup action.

Ulster's victory over Top14 leaders Racing 92 was the standout performance, while Leinster eventually came good against a stick Sale outfit.

Connacht got a try bonus but shipped a heavy defeat at Saracens, while Munster let a late lead slip against Exeter.

Here's our team of the week.

15. Shane Daly (Munster)

Settling in well at full-back from his usual position on the wing. First occupied three defenders with a carry, then got back up on his feet to assist Antoine Frisch's try. Finished the move that got Munster their try bonus.

14. Mike Lowry (Ulster)

The full-back gets a spot on the wing for his lively outing against the Top14 leaders in Belfast. Made good yards after contact and footwork caused problems for Racing’s kick chasers. Almost scored a spectacular try at the end after a super run.

13. Antoine Frisch (Munster)

Grabbed Munster’s third try with a lovely finish out wide, while the centre’s strong running had Graham Rowntree’s side on the front foot for large spells, including prior to Shane Daly’s score. Clever player.

12. Stuart McCloskey (Ulster)

Was named player of the match and was excellent in tandem with James Hume, another in-form centre. Smashed his way over for Ulster’s second try and was a willing attacker all evening. Robbie Henshaw played well in Leinster’s win too.

11. Jacob Stockdale (Ulster)

A good run of fitness has seen the Ireland wing getting closer to top form. Had a great battle with the Racing outside backs including a big tackle and jackal penalty on Harry Arundell. Made 60 yards off an intercept on his own line when Racing looked certain to score.

10. Jack Crowley (Munster)

Really starting to assert
