Fittingly, O'Neill was named Glen's Vodka Premiership Manager of the Month for November after an immaculate league record of four wins on the bounce - two decades since he last picked up the gong in January 2005.

Now, the interim boss will take charge of Celts for the final time as Dundee come to town - with Nancy expected to be officially announced within the next 24 hours after touching down in the UK.
