Celtic sent Kasper Schmeichel transfer pitch as goalkeeper breaks silence on 'ultimate' next step

Former Leicester defender Robert Huth has told Celtic they would still be bringing in a top goalkeeper if they landed Kasper Schmeichel - as the free agent offered a hint on his future.

The Scottish Premiership champions are in dire need of a new No. 1 after Joe Hart hung up his gloves at the end of last season, with Scott Bain and Benjamin Siegirst the two recognised goalkeepers that Brendan Rodgers can turn to between the sticks going into the new campaign.
