Celtic accused of transfer mediocrity but bullish Hotline caller claims they are still a class apart from Rangers

Nicolas Kuhn is checking into Glasgow to become Celtic’s first signing of the transfer window.

But the Hotline isn’t convinced with the dealings at Parkhead as yet as the halfway mark of this month's market term is passed. Boss Brendan Rodgers has spoken for weeks about the need for more quality to step inside the building and our callers aren’t sure he’s getting it.
