Celtic accept Rangers clash tickets as fans denied in March 2020 get Ibrox priority
Celtic have accepted tickets for their upcoming derby with Rangers - and supporters who missed out two years ago will get priority.
It was reported earlier this week the Parkhead club were offered 700 briefs for their trip to Ibrox on April 3 in what will be the first derby to feature away fans since 2019.
The Premiership meeting between the teams in March 2020 was scrapped as the Covid-19 pandemic escalated and supporters missed out on the chance to attend with Neil Lennon's side closing in on the title.
And Celtic have announced those fans will be front of the queue with tickets now on sale for a huge afternoon in the title race.
A Tweet from the club's official ticketing account said: "Tickets for away match v. Rangers are now on sale to eligible STH.
"Tickets have been allocated to those STH who were originally offered tickets for the match v. Rangers on 15th March 2020 which was cancelled.
"Tickets are priced £52. Tickets can be purchased online. Booking fees apply online.
"The deadline to purchase is 2pm on Monday, 28th March.
