Celebrity Big Brother's Fern Britton praised for 'sussing out' Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu

Celebrity Big Brother fans have praised Fern Britton after she nominated Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu in Thursday night's episode (March 14). The former This Morning presenter said the Love Island star had 'disappointed' and 'disturbed' her.

The show took a tense turn when the housemates had to endure face-to-face nominations set in a fun fair kissing booth. As per the game rules, the stars had to choose the two people they wanted to see leave the house - and then give them a peck afterwards.

Ekin-Su had previously nominated Fern because she said they didn't have a 'deep' connection and the presenter hadn't asked her any 'personal questions' about her life. "That's made me feel that maybe she's not interested in me as a housemate," she added.

Fern then nominated Ekin-Su, telling her: "We're talking about playing the game. I have asked you plenty of questions but... a lot of the times the answer hasn't been particularly enlightening. So you're right, I don't know much about you. I don't get you, you don't get me, that's fine."

She continued: "I sometimes think you're wearing a mask and I think that you might absorb a lot of people's personalities very quickly. And you're good at judging situations. It's mean but I feel the danger and I feel that I don't know the real you and that has disappointed me and disturbed me.

Viewers had previously commented on how Ekin-Su appeared close with Sharon Osbourne and Louis Walsh, with many concerned as to who she'd hang around with since Sharon left the show earlier this week. Many have accused her of only being interested in whoever appears 'popular' at the time.
