Carol Vorderman fans floored at how good she looks after revealing skin cancer scare

Carol Vorderman has been praised by fans for her stunning natural good looks just days after she revealed a skin cancer scare. The 62-year-old is always well turned out and has seemingly captured the secret to youthful looks.

She took to her social media account to give her 390,000 Instagram followers the chance to see her without her slap on on Tuesday (July 25). Needless to say, the former Countdown star looked amazing.

She posted: "Make-up on the train kind of day. London working day....train in from Brizzle."

In the post, she said: "Off to London on the train... this is me without the make-up. I have to say the make-up makes a difference."

She showed a shot of her skincare essentials and an 'after' pic, where she quipped: "Not sure it's any better though."

'Vorders' fans took to the comments to tell her exactly how good she looks.

LynseyLockley said: "You’re beautiful with or without make up," while BranstyBoy agreed: "You've got it either with or without."

Mathy326 commented: "Carol you're a ray of sunshine with or without it," while Del.Smith.1111 was incredibly complimentary: "You don't need it you're flawless without!! You look so spectacular au natural!"

Carol spoke out yesterday about her skin, telling PA that she no longer sunbathes since she had a skin cancer scare. The Bristol-based maths whizz was around 50 when she became concerned by changes in her skin, so went to see a dermatologist – who sent off a biopsy for testing, with results revealing the cells were precancerous.

The presenter is at pains to emphasise she doesn’t want people to feel sorry for her – “I had no symptoms, nothing like that” and the cells
