Cardiff v Ospreys Live: Kick-off time, TV channel and Judgement Day updates

The Ospreys are looking to book a place in the United Rugby Championship play-offs but have a stern challenge against Welsh rivals Cardiff in the second match of the Judgement Day double header.

Toby Booth's side have comfortably been Wales' strongest professional side this season but need to claim maximum points to reach the play-offs. But even if they fall short they will still want to finish the season on a high, while there are Wales squad places on the line, with Warren Gatland set to name his squad next week.

One player who is surely in contention is Cardiff centre Ben Thomas who will captain the team this afternoon after Liam Belcher was ruled out with a hand injury, meaning Wales' Six Nations squad member Evan Lloyd starts at hooker. In total Cardiff head coach Matt Sherratt has made six changes from the side which beat the Sharks with Tinus de Beer returning at 10, Ellis Bevan coming in at scrum-half while Theo Cabango replaces Josh Adams.

Ospreys have made two changes to the team which defeated the Dragons a fortnight ago with Max Nagy replacing Jack Walsh at full-back and Owen Watkin coming in for Tom Florence in midfield.

This match kicks off at 5.30pm and you can follow all the action in the live blog below. The game will also be shown live on BBC Two Wales.

Cardiff: Cameron Winnett; Theo Cabango, Rey Lee-Lo, Ben Thomas (capt), Mason Grady; Tinus de Beer, Ellis Bevan; Rhys Carre, Evan Lloyd, Keiron Assiratti, Shane Lewis-Hughes, Rory Thornton, Ben Donnell, James Botham, Alun Lawrence.

Replacements: Efan Daniel, Corey Domachowski, Rhys Litterick, Seb Davies, Lopeti Timani, Willis Halaholo, Jacob Beetham, Gabriel Hamer-Webb
