Cardiff v Ospreys Live: Kick-off time, TV channel and score updates

Cardiff welcome the Ospreys to the Arms Park today as both sides look to start 2025 with a victory.

Mark Jones will be looking to follow up the win over the Scarlets as he takes charge of the Ospreys for the second time, while Matt Sherratt will want to consolidate Cardiff's place towards the top of the United Rugby Championship.

Jones has been boosted by the return of Wales second-row Rhys Davies after nine months out with a knee injury, with the 26-year-old partnering young lock James Fender.

As for the home side, they hand a debut to short-term loanee Louie Hennessey in midfield, with the Wales U20s star having joined from Bath.
