Cardiff City welcome Southampton to Cardiff City Stadium in the second round of the Carabao Cup tonight.

The Bluebirds' start to the season hasn't quite gone to plan but a morale-boosting draw in the South Wales derby on Sunday will hopefully have put some wind into their sails.

Russell Martin brings his Saints side to the Welsh capital having lost both of their opening Premier League games of the new campaign by one-goal margins.

The home side beat Bristol Rovers 2-0 to secure their place in the second round and will be hoping to be in the hat for the draw for the third come 10pm this evening.
