Cardiff City transfer news Live: Updates as Bristol City fallout continues amid striker struggles

Cardiff City were defeated in yet another derby yesterday, losing 2-0 to Bristol City at Ashton Gate.

The away side created chances but couldn't convert them when they had to. Manager Steve Morison said after the match that he told his strikers he was "fed up" of defending them.

There is just under 10 days to go now before the transfer window closes at 11pm on September 1 and although the Bluebirds have brought in a whopping 15 players this summer, one feels they are a forward short of completing the jigsaw.
