Brutal: Tottenham supporters will love what Sky Sports man has posted - opinion

Tottenham Hotspur fans will love what Sky Sports journalist Jamie Weir posted on Twitter after their crucial 3-0 drumming of North London rivals Arsenal on Thursday night. 

The derby had some electric moments including a physical battle between Spurs’ Son Heung-min and Arsenal’s Rob Holding which resulted in a red card for the latter during the first half. It is fair to say Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta was fuming with the decision as he refused to address the situation in his post-match interview, saying, “If I say what I think, then I am suspended for six months”.

However, Spurs boss Antonio Conte did address the media after the game and Spurs fans will love what he had to say to his north London rivals boss in a video that was posted on Twitter by Weir.

In the video Conte offers some advice for the young manager, stating, “If he wants to accept my advice, it’s good. Otherwise, I don’t care”.

Conte being brutally honest is something that has always gone down well with Tottenham fans, so they will absolutely love the candidness of their manager in this most recent instance. Especially when talking about a club they despise. This isn’t the first time that the Italian has hit out at Arteta either as he slammed him over his complaints surrounding the Gunners’ fixtures list back in March.

Indeed, we believe that the sending off of Rob Holding and Cedric Soares’ foul on Son Heung-min were both justified, so to hear him moaning about the penalty in particular is mind-boggling.

Conte has been managing at a high level for a long time and has won a lot of trophies, including a Premier League with Chelsea and Inter Milan’s first Serie A
