Brooke Vincent 'not ok' as she prepares for special day after stumbling across precious video

Brooke Vincent has said she's 'not ok' as her thoughts turned to an upcoming special day. The actress and Hits Radio host came across a precious video of herself and her son which she filmed over the summer.

It showed Brooke and her eldest son, Mexx, cycling around together in the dry, sunny weather - which currently feels like a distant memory - with three-year-old Mexx appearing pleased with his confident riding skills on his little green bike.

But the video appeared to strike a chord with his doting mum, who also shares two-year-old Monroe with her footballer fiance Kean Bryan, as she prepares for his next birthday on Monday (October 23) when he turns four.

"I’m not ok with the fact I have a 4 year old on Monday," Brooke typed to her followers with a string of crying emojis. She went on: "Then I found this video of us from the summer! Our first bike ride just us two!! I love growing & learning with you Mexxy! You make me so proud."

And her fans and followers were soon responding to the post. @nanna_pamela said: "Wow, 4 years old already. He's growing up so fast." @elleboundx replied: "My little boy is 4 next Saturday. Time goes far too quickly doesn't it!" @christina.bridget13 shared: "There is no doubt they teach us as much as we teach them if not more. Bless them."

It comes after Brooke previously emotionally said 'it breaks my heart' as she reflected on having children after coming across some sweet throwback snaps. The former Coronation Street star had been promoting a sale on some products on the
