Brock Lesnar's 20-year body transformation from SummerSlam debut to now

A lot can happen in two decades, Brock Lesnar can attest to that.

The last 20 years have seen the South Dakota native try his hand at American football, mixed martial arts (UFC) and wrestling, all while looking after his body with the careful attention of an elite athlete.

An image comparing Lesnar’s physical transformation from his 2002 SummerSlam debut to his present-day form has been shared by the Peacock Twitter account, emphasising his incredible ability to stay at the top of his game in the ring and in terms of his body aesthetic.

In the left side of the image, a 25-year-old Lesnar sports a military-style crew-cut, with the disciplined facial expression to match. His trademark enormous trapezius muscles are flexed and his biceps are bulging. A no-nonsense all-black outfit of low-cut pants, knee guards, wrist straps and studded boots add to his ominous look. To complete his armed service style look there is a lack of any body ink.

Fast forward to the present day and a lot has changed.

Gone is Lesnar’s disciplined style which has given way to an-almost-Mohawk style cut to go with a beaming smile. No longer is he clean-shaven, with a bushy ginger beard forming around his jaw. Lesnar has, however, maintained his Demigod style physique as well as somehow appearing more toned, with abdominal muscles Anthony Joshua would be proud of. The wrist and knee accessories have been dispensed with and the tight briefs replaced with more relaxed black shorts.

Perhaps the biggest transformation in Lesnar’s appearance is the addition of tattoos to his upper body.
