Britain's 'tiniest' house overlooking castle in 'idyllic' area costing just £30,000
A tiny cottage which has been dubbed the 'smallest home in Britain' is set to go under the hammer for a mere £30,000. The 'unusual and quirky' property in north Wales may be minute but it is found in an 'idyllic' area that's surrounded by some famous landmarks.

Tom Parry estate agents say the property is a 'quaint, compact gem and a wonderful opportunity to be creative from a blank-canvas'. But while it "could be many things to many people" as the estate agents say, it will be a large project for the person who decides to take it on.
The property currently has a stone floor, two windows to the front and a door. Around 50 years ago the house was inhabited but more recently it has been used as a workshop and currently does not have any services connected.
