Brendan Rodgers sparks Celtic Hotline troll as Rangers naysayers warn rivals the rules are rewritten – Hotline

The Hotline doesn’t need much to spark a bit of backwards and forwards between punters and not even a massive Scotland Euro qualifier in Norway can divert the focus of some. Rodgers’ decision to return having walked away from the club just over four years ago and has had the tongues wagging all week.

Kenny Wilson, Moffat, said: “With people going on about Rodgers coming back for a big pay day, is he any different to any other manager or player? We’re no different in our own lives. And I don’t think for one minute Celtic is the biggest financial offer on the table for him. Clubs like Leeds were in for him and they have far bigger finances at their disposal.
