Break free from being ‘too busy,’ and focus on what really matters this month

Many of us have busy lives. When work responsibilities, family life, study deadlines, or caring commitments take centre stage, it can be hard to find time to take care of ourselves and put our own health and wellbeing first.

If you’re battling with a crammed diary and a never-ending ‘to do list’ why not try prioritising to help you focus on what REALLY matters? Yes, it sounds simpler than it is - but when it really comes down to it, what could be higher priority, or more urgent, than taking care of your health?

Keeping up to date with your vaccinations is one of the easiest ways to do this – especially with illnesses like measles and whooping cough on the rise. You can find out more about which vaccinations you are eligible for on the NHS website.

For those at higher risk, this will include the Covid-19 spring vaccine. It can reduce your chances of severe symptoms and hospital admission if you catch Covid.

Did you know that it can also help you to recover from the illness more quickly?

So, take some time out to get vaccinated and put your health first. A quick trip to a walk-in vaccine clinic can take just five minutes out of your day.

Do it now, while there’s still time. The Covid spring vaccination programme will end on Sunday, June 30.
