Borna Barisic rows with Rangers fan in car park as supporter seethes despite thumping win

Borna Barisic was filmed getting into it with a fan after Rangers' win over Kilmarnock at the weekend.

Philippe Clement's team picked up a 4-1 victory but did it the hard way, going 1-0 down to James Tavernier's own goal before Joe Wright's red card in the first half. Fabio Silva equalised on the stroke of half-time before an improved second half saw title-chasing Gers take the three points into their clash with Celtic this weekend.

But many punters were unhappy with the overall performance and Rangers' overall recent form, which has seen Celtic emerge as favourites to take the title. And it seems things boiled over between one punter and left-back Barisic in the car park outside the stadium. A clip which is being shared widely on social media shows Barisic leaving the stadium after the game and speaking with some fans who had gathered for a glimpse of their heroes with some asking for autographs.

Barisic is seen making his way down the line before abruptly doubling back to address a punter near the entrance. He is seen going face to face with the fan before raising his arm and lunging in his direction before a club official escorts him away.

The footage comes amid Barisic's imminent exit to Trabzonspor as Record Sport understands he is set to leave the Ibrox club under freedom of contract in the summer. They are also set to push for John Lundstram in a double deal for the two Rangers stalwarts.
