Best pictures of Rangers fans in Seville as the party roars on ahead of Europa League final

Rangers fans have been enjoying the Seville sun as the Europa League Final edges ever closer.

Upwards of 100,000 supporters are estimated to have arrived in Spain as Gio van Bronckhorst 's team go looking for their second ever European trophy.

There is a feeling of real optimism having already eliminated Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig to set up a showdown with Eintracht Frankfurt.

And travelling fans have been enjoying the build-up as the party rages on ahead of kick-off.

Some have been taking advantage of electric scooters to navigate the city in the searing heat.

The sombrero meanwhile may be a symbol of Mexican culture but they're a common sight in the carnival atmosphere.

A few have even brought inflatable Europa League trophies - though they'll be hoping to see James Tavernier lift the real thing at the Roman Sanchez-Pizjuan stadium this evening.

The feeling of hope is echoed by manager Van Bronckhorst who knows it could go either way - but he's confident his team can find one last push and bring the trophy home.

The Rangers boss said: “They say it’s 50/50 because it can go either way, but I’m confident that we can put on a performance to give us the best possibility to win it.

“We’ve played against strong opponents and beat them, two historic teams with a lot of history are now playing each other so it’s an exciting final.

“I have belief and confidence in my players, they’re really focussed and in a good place physically and mentally. Everything is there to play well against Frankfurt next week and to be part of history with this club.”
