BBC Strictly Come Dancing star says 'let's not forget' as she makes Pete Wicks claim

A former Strictly Come Dancing star has said 'let's not forget' as she made a claim about Pete Wicks' time in the competition. The podcast host and reality star is currently in training for week nine of the BBC One dance contest.

Pete made it through to another week of Strictly's 20th-anniversary series after a moving couple's choice performance last Saturday night (November 9) with dance partner Jowita Przystal.

He used the choice of routine to pay tribute to his late beloved nan, Doreen. Pete, who was visibly fighting back the tears, and Jowita went on to be praised for their "moving" performance to The Best by Nicotine Dolls, in tribute to Pete's late grandmother, with the song being used at her funeral in 2022.

Now, Ola Jordan, who starred in the dance show as a pro dancer from 2006 to 2015 and won the Strictly Christmas special with JB in 2012, has named which contestants she thinks will shine and who might struggle in the world-famous ballroom this Saturday noght (November 16).

Speaking on behalf of Mecca Bingo, she said: "My top picks are Tasha Ghouri, JB Gill, and Sarah Hadland, she’s amazing, they're going to be good. Blackpool is always an amazing week, so everyone’s going to put on a good dance I’m sure, but I think Wynne Evans, Chris McCausland, and Jamie Borthwick are the
