BBC Strictly Come Dancing star 'dancing on ice' as they're 'set to leave' competition in blow

Strictly Come Dancing star Pete Wicks is said to be 'dancing on thin ice' as he takes on another week of training. The reality star and podcast host was seen making it through to week ten of the BBC One dance contest over the weekend.

Pete got everyone talking during his latest performance as he and Jowita Przystal were one of the eight remaining couples who performed at Blackpool's famous Tower Ballroom during the show's yearly jaunt up north to broadcast live from the the seaside town.

They were seen dancing a cha cha to I’m Too Sexy by Right Said Fred but it was Pete's outfit that caused a stir as the former TOWIE star pretended to be a train inspector before tearing off his jacket to reveal a pink shirt and tight PVC pink trousers.

He then finished the routine wearing a pink fluffy jacket, which remained throughout the rest of the show and the results programme on Sunday evening (November 17), along with a pink hat bedazzled with his name.

While the routine got a mixed response from the judges, landing him bottom of the leaderboard, and viewers, Pete and Jowita's supporters got behind them and helped them through to another week in Strictly's 20th-anniversary series.

But, the frontrunner is set to leave this weekend, with odds of 10/11. However, given Pete has managed to avoid the dance-off so far, next Sunday night (November 24) could instead mark the end of the road for Montell Douglas (priced at 3/1), JB Gill (100/30), or James Borthwick (9/2).
