BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Shirley Ballas flooded with 'love' messages after distracting from 'feud' claims

Shirley Ballas has been flooded with 'love' messages after distracting from 'feud' claims with a Strictly Come Dancing star. The head judge is currently preparing her scoring paddles for the quarter-finals of the BBC One dance contest this weekend.

It also happens to be the much-loved Musicals week in the ballroom and Shirley will be back alongside her fellow judges - Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and Anton Du Beke - as they cast their expert eyes over the remaining five couples' routines with just a couple more weeks until the final.

But ahead of the big night, Shirley took to Instagram with a throwback video to last month when the Strictly juggernaut headed to Blackpool for its annual special broadcast live from the pinnacle venue for professional dancers, the iconic Tower Ballroom.

It showed the 'Queen of Latin' having a little dance, showing her gliding across the floor with Anton. They decided to test-run the bouncy ballroom floor before the celebrities and their dance partners pulled out their best performances.

"Throwback to being in the Tower for @bbcstrictly," Shirley started the caption of her post. She then added: "There is always time for a dance with @mrantondubeke. Enjoy. Xxx."

And it goes without saying that fans were loving the content as they rushed to respond to Shirley's post. @suetate3637 said: "Love watching these little videos , makes me smile." @alecincolour commented: "I love the videos of you and Anton dancing together, a class pairing."
