BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Pete Wicks and Jowita Przystal tease 'something special' hours before live show

Strictly Come Dancing's Pete Wicks and Jowita Przystał have teased 'something special' to fans ahead of their performance this weekend. The reality TV star and his professional dance partner have made it through to week 10 of the BBC dance contest after surviving the public vote last week.

The former TOWIE star strut his stuff in pink latex trousers in Blackpool last Saturday (November 16) whilst performing the Cha Cha Cha to 'I'm Too Sexy'. Despite finding himself at the bottom of the leaderboard with a score of 27 from the judges, including a 4 from Craig, Pete and Jowita are now one step closer to the final.

Discussing their performance on It Takes Two earlier this week, Pete confessed to host Janette that he was 'out of his comfort zone', but was determined to progress in the competition.

Pete told Janette: "Funnily enough, it was my first time in latex trousers so I didn't know the ins and outs of it." This Saturday (November 23), Pete and Jowita will be dancing the Tango to Easy Lover by Philip Bailey and Phil Collins.

And it appears the podcast host will be donning a bold outfit once again. In a video shared to Jowita's instagram story, Pete donned a bright yellow suit as he compared himself to a 'banana'.

"Happy Friday," Jowita smiled as Pete looked unimpressed. He then said: "I have come as a banana," to which Jowita said: "Do you know actually bananas are my favourite. I eat my porridge with banana usually."
