BBC Strictly Come Dancing's new mum Fleur East beams with 'new arrival' and teases daughter's home birth story

Fleur East has announced she has given birth to her first child and confirmed that experience was quite the 'ride'. The former Strictly Come Dancing star delighted her fans and followers when she revealed she was pregnant on New Year's Day.

Fleur, who hosts Strictly spin-off It Takes Two after making it to the final of the BBC One dance contest in 2022, revealed the news of her pregnancy with a stunning solo photo of herself on Instagram. Sharing the snap to social media, she captioned the post: "2024 is gonna be different…" alongside a baby emoji and a red love heart.

Now, she has kept it real as she announced she and her husband Marcel Robin's baby girl had been born and shared pictures and her name for the first time.

Fleur could be seen carrying the newborn in a baby sling as they took a trip out and about. The former X Factor star could be seen confidently strutting along with her little girl in a video, alongside which she added a 'New Arrival' GIF on her Instagram Story, before the new family of three were seen together for the first time.
