BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Layton Williams jokes he's 'reporting a crime' after boyfriend's admission

Layton Williams has joked his 'reporting a crime' following his boyfriend's admission as he enjoyed a day off from dancing. The actor and West End star is part of the Strictly Come Dancing live tour which kicked off last week in Birmingham.

The show has seen Bury-born Layton reunited with dance partner Nikita Kuzmin after they made it to the final of the BBC One dance contest in December alongside Bobby Brazier and Dianne Buswell and eventual winners Ellie Leach and Vito Coppola.

All three final couples are now touring the country in the epic Strictly live tour and they are joined by Angela Scanlon, Krishnan Guru-Murthy, Angela Rippon and Annabel Croft as well as the cast of talented professional dancers, the tour's host Janette Manrara and judges Shirley Ballas, Craig Revel Horwood and Anton Du Beke.

Rylan Clark was among the first to respond, simply writing back:" Electric chair," while Layton's fans and followers also shared in his horror. The 29-year-old Bad Education star also shared his tweet on his Instagram Story and jokingly wrote:
