BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Amy Dowden in plea to fans after sharing cruel messages amid cancer treatment

Amy Dowden has shared plea with fans after revealing she's been subject to cruel messages as she continues to bravely document her cancer journey. The Strictly Come Dancing star has been keeping her fans up to date with her health since she shared she had stage three breast cancer in May last year.

After taking a much-needed break with her husband Ben Jones, which was featured on ITV's Lorraine, Amy was getting back into the swing of her life and continued hospital appointments when she was struck by a fresh setback.
