BBC Strictly Come Dancing fans say 'we won' as they predict next perfect 40 - and it's not Tasha and Aljaz

Strictly Come Dancing fans have said they've 'won' as they work out who will get the next perfect score - and it may not be Tasha Ghouri and Aljaz Skorjanec this time.

The former Love Island star and her professional dance partner became the first couple in the 2024 series to recieve a perfect score of 40 out of 40 from the judges - Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Shirley Ballas and Anton Du Beke - last weekend.

On Saturday night (November 23), the pair performed an elegant American Smooth. Tasha, who is the show’s second deaf contestant, performed a series of high lifts and dips during their dance to Someone You Loved by Lewis Capaldi to secure the top score of 40.

Tasha and Aljaz were later confirmed to have made it through to the quarter finals of the BBC One dance contest, which takes place this Saturday night (November 30), and will see Argentine Tango to Ex-Wives from SIX as part of the Musicals Week special.

It's been revealed that the actress and her Italian dance partner will peform Charleston to Popular from Wicked, which is particularly apt due to the recent release of the blockbuster musical film starring Ariana
