Batista: Ex-WWE star undergoes serious body transformation for new movie role

For what is presumably a new movie role, former WWE Champion Batista has undergone a pretty serious body transformation.

Batista always had one of the best physiques in wrestling, and was seen as one of the biggest guys in WWE during his time there.

Even after leaving WWE full-time in 2010 and transitioning into acting, Batista has maintained his incredibly impressive physique.

However, presumably for a new movie role, Batista has had to put on some weight and undergo a body transformation once again.

As you can see from the Instagram photo above, Batista had put on quite a bit of weight, with the 53-year-old stating that he’s transitioning into “fatty status”.

The multi-time World Champion said that his weight-gain transition is soo going to “come to an end”., which he did seem quite happy about.

To put into context just how much of a transformation Batista has undergone, below is a side-by-side comparison of Batista now, and back during his prime in WWE.

There’s no exact word on what movie/role Batista had to put on the weight for, but it’s believed to be for Knock at the Cabin, which will be released next year.

Seriously though, the commitment and dedication of Batista to enter, in his own words, “fatty status” for a new movie role is seriously admirable.

Batista last wrestled for WWE in 2019 at WrestleMania 35, losing in his retirement match to Triple H.

Batista has made clear that unlike several other wrestlers from yesteryear, he will not be going back on his retirement and will never wrestle again.

However, at the same time, Batista has said that he’d be willing to work for WWE again and get involved with the shows, just in a non-wrestling capacity.
