Audi driver chased by police before jumping through back gardens

An Audi driver was chased by police before jumping through back gardens in Rochdale. Officers were following the driver through Kirkholt on Saturday (February 10).

The driver then dumped the car and was found trying to flee by jumping into back gardens in the area. He was arrested and taken into custody.

The suspect was later charged with failing to stop, driving without insurance and possession of Class A drugs, police said. Greater Manchester Police said it was 'just one of the many incidents' that local police teams deal with every day.
