Former Porto presidential candidate Nuno Lobo has criticised Arsenal's deal for Fabio Vieira.

understands that Vieira is set to become the north Londoners' third signing of the summer following deals to sign American goalkeeper Matt Turner and Brazilian youngster Marquinhos.
