Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta can get one over his old boss Pep Guardiola thanks to a promise he's made to prospective signing Oleksandr Zinchenko.
The Ukrainian is set to move to the Emirates this summer after a fee in the region of £30million was agreed between the Gunners and Manchester City. And the Arsenal manager has given Zinchenko assurances over his role should he complete the move, something Guardiola has not been in a position to do at City.
It comes as Arsenal youngster Marcelo Flores has reportedly been left furious with the club after being left out of the squad for their pre-season tour of the US. And new signing Fabio Vieira is one of three Arsenal players training away from the main squad after landing in America.
