There was a certain moment when Antonio Conte's whole demeanour changed during his press conference.
He was midway through explaining some of his comments this week to the Italian media when his tone completely altered.
It was as if he remembered something that had irked him about some of the coverage and stories that came after that chat with Sky Sport Italia.
During his interview Conte had spoken about Spurs moving out four "important players" and only bringing in two, hence on paper, weakening the squad numerically even if he believes it's a more complete squad.
He added during that interview: "Precise choices were made for many reasons, but I certainly never expected that in January four players who I still considered important would change their shirts for a thousand reasons.
"This shows the difficulty. Tottenham in the last session of the summer transfer market and in January changed eight players."
It was suggested that the use of the word 'important' was slightly odd because Conte had asked for all four players to leave the club and rarely started them.
