Antonio Conte issues response to PSG job speculation and reveals when he will speak to Tottenham

Antonio Conte has stated that reports linking him with the Paris Saint-Germain hot seat is "fake news". Only arriving at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in November after replacing Nuno Espirito Santo at the helm, the Italian's long-term future has been a talking point at times during his tenure.

But the truth is that I don't like when people try to invest news - only to speak, only to create problems," he said in his pre-match press conference. "This is not right, not fair for me, for the clubs involved and for my players.

But I think that also the people that want to tell something about this have to show respect for all the people involved in this situation, and not invent fake news and tell a lot of lies."
