Angel Reese mocks Caitlin Clark after clear push as WNBA's best rivalry hits new gear

Angel Reese surpassed Caitlin Clark in rookie rankings recently, and Colin Cowherd reflects on the rivalry brewing between Reese and Caitlin Clark and how important it is for the WNBA.

Angel Reese took down Caitlin Clark in Thursday night's latest edition of the WNBA's best rivalry, and -- you'll be stunned to know this -- it didn't come without drama.

Reese led the Dream with 21 points on a surprising 8 of 14 shooting, adding 11 rebounds and only four mebounds. Clark was good (26 points), but this night belonged to Reese and the Dream.

Fair is fair, and we have to be fair here. I know folks won't like it, but I'm nothing if not an honest reporter. I call 'em like I see 'em, and Angel Reese had a night.

She was also feeling herself, especially in the second quarter when she A) appeared to push Clark, leading to a whistle, and then B) mocked her reaction to it.

First of all, that looks like a foul. Sure, Caitlin Clark sold it, but that's just what basketball is at this point. Frankly, it's why I can't stand it. It's all just flopping and acting. Constant whistles. Constant fouls. It's horrible.

As for Angel Reese's reaction to it ... I'd say it's probably fair, too. This was a big game, and a big moment, and emotions are all over the place. I'd be p---ed, too, if I thought someone was selling a foul.
