Ange tells Celtic fans what makes him a leader as he declares 'you have to be genuine'

Ange Postecoglou insists authenticity is the key to his leadership.

The Celtic boss admits he has evolved and adapted with the times having worked as a manager for over two-and-half decades. But Postecoglou maintains a need to stay true to himself is crucial in pointing his players in the right direction.
