Amad U-turn, £65m signing - Manchester United's dream midfield after latest transfer decision

It promises to be a busy summer for Manchester United and while they may not have the riches Champions League football brings to add to their kitty, a whole host of expected outgoings this summer means there should be money to spend.

The club are likely to complete the singing of Matheus Cunha from Wolves in a £62.5m deal. United need to address their goalscoring problems and so changes to the frontline will be key, but midfield is also a department in need of attention.

Ruben Amorim's need for athletic and pacey wing-backs saw him turn to Amad early on in his United tenure, though the Ivory Coast star has tended to be used as one of the two No.10s. If Amad is moved back into the right wing-back role and United complete the sales they are looking to make this summer, Amorim may opt to use Bruno Fernandes as one of the two No.10s rather
