Applications for a huge hotel extension near Manchester Airport and plenty of new homes have been submitted in Greater Manchester this week.
One application sees a swingers' club planned in Bolton. Frequent flyers will have more options to choose from if Clayton Hotel is approved.
The hotel sits opposite the third busiest airport in the UK and is looking to add more than 200 new bedrooms to their already massive site.

Outside the Manchester borough there were plenty of housing applications submitted as the need for more homes is still sky high in the county.

Swingers club with 18 bedrooms, sauna and ‘massage area’ approved within aquarium building
A swingers club with 18 bedrooms, a sauna, cinema room and dance floor housed in an aquarium building has been approved by Bolton Council.
The private members club now has permission to operate on the site of Dave’s Aquarium, Folds Road, Bolton. Planning documents lodged on behalf of applicant Peter Hemingway show the club will be built within the site of Dave’s Aquarium and Dave’s Angling Superstore, both established businesses also owned by Mr Hemingway.
New petrol station, drive-thru takeaway and ‘food-to-go’ units planned
